RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS POLICY

Purchases made from the online store of www.healthybinge.co.in cannot be returned.

We offer a full replacement of products in case of damage during shipment, a wrong product is delivered, a product is missing from the shipment, or if a product received is not fit for consumption.

In the unlikely event if you receive a wrong product (different from what you have ordered), damaged product or any missing product from your order then please write us an email (contact@trueagroroots.com) or message us on WhatsApp (Click here) along with a photo of the received product by highlighting the damaged area or incorrect received product within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once our customer support team authorized your return/replacement request, we would be happy to process your refund or replacement request.
